Chance Atkins is an experienced commercial real estate salesperson with over 7 years of experience in the Houston market. Chance not only has experience in tenant representation, but has also held positions focused on investment sales and landlord representation. As a result, he has a vast understanding of the Houston real estate market as a whole.
He holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas.
Chris is an Advisor for TenantBase serving the Houston market. He is quickly making his mark in commercial real estate through exposure to a multitude of industrial, office and retail transactions in the Houston marketplace. Chris delivers value to his clients by advising them on future space planning, market conditions, and overall growth of their business. He enjoys mentoring clients by utilizing his 20+ years of general business expertise working for Fortune 500 companies in the US.
Chris believes that representing only the client during a lease transaction will ensure their best interests, which ultimately supports their bottom line. He understands that becoming a trusted advisor will lead to having a client for life.
Chris places a strong value on relationships in his personal life as well. He enjoys spending time with his wife, attending the many football and basketball games that his 13 and 16 year-old boys play in. His hobbies include boating, motorcycle riding and traveling.
