Brad Beutel joined the Dallas office of TenantBase in 2019 as a Senior Advisor. He currently serves as the Dallas Market Lead where he is responsible for the production and growth of the Dallas TenantBase office. His experience in all categories of real estate allows him to serve the needs of all of his clients from restaurants to manufacturers to medical providers.

Prior to joining TenantBase, Brad managed and operated a family office of real estate entities and investments. In addition, with a background in financial services and accounting, he has served as both a CFO and CEO of entities in which the family office held an investment interest.

Brad graduated from the University of Texas at Austin after attending Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia where he was initiated into the Alpha Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Order. Married to Dr. Denise Beutel, they have three children, Whitney (29), Bennett (25), and Caroline (21). Previously active supporting his children’s sports activities, he is a former board member of the Texas High School Lacrosse League and President of the Episcopal School of Dallas Booster Club. He enjoys golf and traveling with and to see his children who live all around the country.

Matt is a Senior Tenant Advisor who joined TenantBase in 2017. He works closely alongside his clients to help them find the perfect space that meets all of their business needs. While traditional office and industrial/flex warehouse properties are his main areas of focus, he also assist clients in finding retail and creative style spaces. His expansive knowledge of the DFW market has allowed national and international companies to open a business presence in North Texas that compliments his client’s expansion and customer strategies.

Matt is a passionate advocate for his clients to ensure he secures the best deal opportunity for his client through negotiating on their behalf. In 2018, he was recognized as a top tenant advisor with TenantBase, working with over 35 clients to secure space.

Prior to TenantBase, Matt spent time with the KellerWilliams Group in Southlake as a Residential Buyer’s agent and DirectBuy as a General Manager for 6 years. Throughout his career, Matt has always sought to deliver the highest customer service to his clients.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends. When he isn’t playing with his two yellow-labs he enjoys golfing, traveling and finding the best barb-e-que that Texas has to offer.

Griffin Gaule joined TenantBase in January of 2019 as an Associate Advisor for Office, Industrial, and Retail Tenant Rep in Dallas/Fort Worth. He is responsible for representing a wide variety of tenants throughout the leasing process and ensuring that they are receiving the best value on their commercial lease. His work in multiple areas of the industry, along with his knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth market allow him to provide a wide range of services to tailor each client he represents.

Prior to joining TenantBase, Griffin worked for the John T. Evans Company as a leasing agent for multi-tenant retail properties across Dallas/Fort Worth. Prior to that, Griffin worked for Swearingen Realty Group as a Tenant Advisor and Marketing Analyst. He also interned at Hartman Income REIT and assisted the Marketing and Leasing departments. Through these experiences, Griffin has been able to analyze the DFW market and work on numerous transactions in the Office, Retail, and Industrial sectors of the industry. Each of the companies have equipped Griffin with valuable experiences and market knowledge to provide the best level of service for his clientele throughout the leasing process.

Griffin graduated from Highland Park High School before attending The University of Mississippi and graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He was actively involved in Real Estate organizations throughout college and he always planned on returning to his hometown of Dallas to jump right into the commercial real estate industry. Griffin is an avid Ole Miss Rebels fan and enjoys playing golf and hanging out with friends in his free time.

Shawn is a Senior Tenant Advisor with TenantBase in Dallas, exclusively working on behalf of tenants to help them find and lease their commercial space.

Shawn has twenty (20) years of commercial real estate experience in the Dallas Market and has completed transactions with such companies as: Standard Register, Cendant Corporate Real Estate, Body cote, Inc., Wyndham Worldwide, Ewing Irrigation and Skyward, Inc.

Prior to joining TenantBase in 2017, Shawn worked for Bright Realty, Bradford Companies and Coldwell Banker where he was awarded the Circle of Distinction in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 and was Top Producer in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Mr. Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.

With over 10 years experience in real estate, Drew joined TenantBase, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage firm. He provides specialized tenant representation services to business throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Prior experience includes leading sales at a Dallas Entrepreneurship Center startup as well as sourcing talent for commercial real estate at a national executive search firm. Drew started his career as a junior real estate broker for Mohr Partners, a specialized corporate real estate services firm based in Dallas, TX.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Administration, Business from the University of North Texas. He is a husband and father of two who enjoys hockey, sailing, and music.

Stephen Shanley joined TB Advisors in 2021 as an Associate Advisor for Office, Industrial, and Medical Tenant Rep in the Dallas-Fort Worth Market. Stephen’s passion is helping guide his client’s and their businesses to find the best possible solutions to their space needs. While Office and Industrial are his main focus, he also assists clients navigating the complexities of the medical office space market.

Prior to joining TB Advisors, Stephen worked for Tecovas in a management position helping develop and implement retail sales strategies across multiple storefronts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prior to that, he worked at TBarM Racquet Club as the Tournament Operations Director for the RBC Tennis Championship of Dallas. Out of college Stephen worked for Armada Analytics as a Financial Analyst in their multifamily underwriting department. Stephen also interned for CBRE with the Debt and Structured Finance department in the Dallas office.

Stephen was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from the Episcopal School of Dallas before attending the University of Mississippi and graduating with a degree in Real Estate Finance. He was an active member of the Real Estate Club and always knew he wanted to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Stephen is an avid Ole Miss Rebels, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Mavericks fan. In his free time Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry Aaron focuses on helping businesses achieve real estate success through strategic planning and implementation.

Aaron begin his career with CBRE in the San Francisco Bay Area where he was part of a leasing team that completed over 200 transactions for an aggregate of $265 million in total value.

Aaron is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He currently lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter.

I was born in Dallas, attended high school in Dallas and studied at Texas A&M University,  Member of the Corps of Cadets.  Post college I moved to Carmel, CA and worked at Pebble Beach, specifically Spanish Bay. After a fantastic couple of years in Carmel, I moved back to Dallas.  I’ve worked for others in the wine industry and owned my own wine store and also owned two different cigar stores. I sold Bordeaux wines for the nation’s largest Bordeaux importer, located in Dallas. I also lived in Beirut, Lebanon working in the journalism industry, focusing on breaking news coming out of the MENA region. I spent six years working in the Debt Buying industry, focusing on consumer paper.  Over the years I’ve owned and built multiple investment properties in Dallas.  I’ve bought and sold multiple properties as an investor. I’ve rebuilt/fixed up/torn down multiple properties.  Hunting down a Deal is something I’m familiar with.  I’ve had skin in the game.
